In 2020, we saw an opportunity. Agra loved momos, but we believed the city was ready for something more exciting and creative. We didn’t just want to improve an existing brand; we wanted to build the ultimate momo destination from scratch.

Our Partnership in Action

We started with a blank page and a bold vision. We dreamed up the name Momories, gave it a fun personality and crafted its now-legendary menu of 72 unique momo varieties.

Behind the counter, we made sure the business was built to last. We created a smart pricing strategy to ensure it was profitable from day one and designed a lean, efficient kitchen plan so the team could deliver perfect results, every single time. Because we knew it would be a hit, we also built a simple, ready-to-grow franchise model right from the start.
